Refund policy
RETURN CONDITIONS
We hope you love our products as much as we do! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your Saintyl product(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that product(s) must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original cardboard outer packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened. Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be accepted due to health protection and hygiene reasons, and will therefore not be refunded.
Additionally, we will only accept items purchased on saintyl.com for a return; if your item(s) were purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange a return. Please note we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Please also make sure you choose an appropriate cardboard shipping box for your return to prevent the item(s) from being damaged while in transit.
Before returning your product(s), please email us at info@saintyl.com within thirty (30) days after receiving your order. If return is accepted we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that product(s) returned without emailing and getting approval first will not be refunded.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
